Steph helped me with boxes for my storage unit - she was a great help as i was unsure how to fold up the achive boxes, what a great lady, Steph explained to me how she helped the lady before me get into her dead sons storage unit because he had hung himself and the customer was very emotional, the customer was required to get a coreners report and Steph made sure everything went well for her even though steph was in tears herself - I couldnt of handled it better myself!

My experience moving was absolutely perfect! Everything from the lovely staff who called me, sent me a number of quotes, smoothly set up my plan, to the move in day, where they even had trolleys making move in fast & speedy! Friendly helpful staff and a very efficient place :)
