Best place for storage in Queenstown. I've had a few different units and every time Gustavo and Terry have both been amazing for customer service. Super helpful, helped me figure out the best size and made the admin, start and finish of each rental so easy. They've helped me secure great deals, the set up is user friendly, lots of trolleys available and units are all in good condition, safe and secure. Definitely highly recommmend! Thanks to both Gustavo and Terry for all your help each time, you've gone above and beyond and it's appreciated.

Excellent service at National Storage Queenstown. I was assisted by Gustavo, who was very friendly and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. He took the time to show me the best options for my situation and was very quick to sort out all the paperwork. He made everything easy and stress-free. Highly recommend! :)

What is the minimum storage period?
The minimum storage period is one month.
How often can I access my goods?
If your account is paid up, you can access your storage space whenever you need to, but subject to the centre access hours. The access hours will vary from centre to centre, however you can see your preferred centres access hours on our Find a Centre page.
How much time do you have to give when moving out?
Clause 8.1 of the terms and conditions in your storage agreement states that you must give not less than seven (7) days notice of your intention to move out.
Can I give my code to others e.g. removalist or relatives?
It is recommended you do not give your code out to anyone other than the person you have nominated to have access on your contract as this protects you and others storing in the facility.
