We have had a very positive experience renting a unit for 6 months from Otaki Secure Storage. Their systems have been straight forward and easy to use and their service friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a secure lockup.

I moved from over 12 hours away, bringing the entirety of my household with me. being able to book online and sort everything remotely made a huge difference and took a lot of stress off my plate. The website was super easy to use and straightforward. Having staff onsite gave me that extra peace of mind too. I couldn’t recommend them more if you’re looking for somewhere safe and simple to store your things!

Excellent facility. Safe and secure, easily accessible and my gear was in good condition when I removed it. Alarmed with rodent bait and onsite security. Managers easy to communicate with and readily available for any queries. Highly recommend this facility.

Great owners. Super helpful. Units don't have power, but I never feel like they are too dark to see in. I've never had a problem with mice or bugs. Security is awesome.
