Very satified. I had a smooth experience from the start to the end of my storage period. I really appreciate their transparent pricing - everything can be seen on the website so no need to wait for a price quote. The app to access the unit is also easy to use and always works properly. We can also share access to someone using this app (with optional limit of the access duration) - which is very useful when we're overseas and need someone to sort something out in our unit. The reception staff, Mohammed, was also very helpful. He helped us find out all the information needed on available units and pricing should we want to move unit/move out.

The Staff members at the storage facility were fabulous. They showed me around on 2 seperate occasions to show me the size of the storage units. We originally rented one, and then realised we had a lot more gear so needed another unit. They made it really easy to add on another unit, and made sure that both units were close in proximity. I highly recommend the team and facility at National Storage Mount Wellington.

I was looking for a storage unit - I tried a few options and it seems to be everyone says they will “price match” but no one can “service match” these guys. The facility is ultra modern (app based )and lighting in the units is standard so you don't have to bring your own battery powered lights, like other storage companies. There’s no hard sell and no marketing “tricks or gimmicks”. The team are polite, professional and knowledgable. There are price match offers to get you started easier and zero pressure to sign - Totally recommend the National Storage team at Ellerslie. Thanks guys 👍

The warehouse staff are super patient and professional, especially Mohammed. He’s always smiling, and even when I message him with questions, he gets back to me right away. I’ve really enjoyed the service!
