I had a fantastic experience dealing with Bonnie at National Storage Tawa. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond to make everything easy and stress-free, and her excellent customer service really stood out. She was approachable, patient, and always happy to answer any questions I had. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in providing great service. A big thank you to Bonnie for all her help. She is a real asset to National Storage, and I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking friendly, professional service.

The staff at National Storage, especially Bonnie and Radhika -were absolutely fantastic. I initially liaised with Bonnie about storing my belongings, and even though I didn’t end up storing anything at that time, she kept me in her thoughts and followed up. That level of personal care is rare, especially in a busy storage environment. More recently, I dealt with Radhika for storing a few small items while I’m transitioning. She genuinely went out of her way to secure a better deal for me through her operational manager, and she made the entire process smooth and stress‑free. Both Bonnie and Radhika were delightful to speak with, supportive, respectful, and truly provided outstanding customer service. Highly recommend National Storage Tawa without a second thought to anyone looking for a decent, safe storage facility with an exceptional team.

I’ve had a really positive experience with National Storage Tawa. From the start, the team has been incredibly helpful, patient, and genuinely accommodating to our situation. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble—they took the time to understand what we needed and worked with us to make it happen, which made a stressful time so much easier. The staff have all been patient, friendly, and professional the whole way through. It’s rare to come across service like this where you feel properly looked after, not just like another customer. I’m really grateful for their support and would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing storage in Tawa. Thanks team!

I've recently started using National Storage Tawa to store my business stock. It is so close to my business, access is super easy, the storage unit suits my needs perfectly, and the staff are really friendly and helpful.

Great service from Bonnie, we above and beyond for my partner and I (sorry, hope I spelt it right). Perfect for what I used it for. No issues with mould or pests. Would recommend their services for both long or short term. Bonnie will sort out what you need and allows you to view in person too. Hope this helps.
