Tracy and Steph have been awesome to deal with right from word go! The initial quote and correspondence from Tracy was professional and seamless. Anytime i had a parcel arrive both girls were always happy to help and personally drop freight to my unit in case i arrived outside office hours and always with a friendly disposition whether on the phone or in person. National Storage Boulcott get a 5star review from me. Most friendliest people I have gotten to know over the past 8months of using their facilities to store my household stuff. The unit I'm using is huge and was tidy upon entry. They are very informative on everything, going through the paperwork step by step even making sure you understand your contract. Always doing their best to try and help me out even when I struggle to keep up with my bill. Always greeting me with warmth and kindness, understanding and compassion right from day one. Even invite me to share a chat and a coffee. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs to store their belongings in a safe and secure storage unit.
