I would like to say I have been at National Storage for over 4 years as a tenant. They have been so wonderful to me. They have looked after me through some tough times. I have never not once felt unsafe. There is a good mix of tenants, workshops and units which males for a safe environment. The girls in the office are just wonderful. I just want to say to National Storage Pukekohe, thank you. If I could give 10 stars I would. awesome customer service, worked with me to find solutions regarding payment schedule, secured unit when we forgot to put a padlock on the units, stuff left outside because when needed a second unit, these practical stuff. Oh and when we lost our code in! Then helped us with adding members of family to access to the storage units. Attention to detail- real stuff happenings in being responsible users of their service. Also having NZ hours and an 0800 number and Aussie Services with Aussie hours. Next level Thank you very much our 2nd time using this facility. Wishing them All the Best.
