We had great service here. The staff were super helpful when I first arrived to organise my unit. A worker met me at the spot and showed me around. We moved to Auckland so had to fit everything in our car and upon realising that we wouldn’t fit some things, I asked a worker if there was a bin. There is one you can use for a fee, however because we wanted to leave out bedding and some clothes, she gave us bags and put into her car to take to the clothing bin and pass on to others and for free of charge. It was very nice and helpful and we appreciated it a lot.

I have experience dealing with operators of at least 5 storage to store my caravan to date and I found the team at the Taita branch of National Storage to be the most friendly welcoming and accomodating.i have met for storage. Their pricing is also very reasonable. I fully recommend them. From Eric Evans

What a refreshing surprise to meet a team that really cares about the stresses and financial pressures of moving. Even since I got in touch, Toni and her team have helped us with great advice, competitive pricing on boxes, bubble wrap etc. Add to that a great price on an amazingly tidy storage unit and I can only recommend this team very strongly to anyone overwhelmed and just needing some amazing people to help you out.

During an extremely stressful time with moving, packing and organizing both my animals and children the staff were extremely efficient, knowledgeable and supportive when we needed it the most. Toni and Steph ensured information was freely shared on the available options, the sign up process was smooth sailing and I appreciated the clear and easy to follow instructions for gaining access and use of facilities. It's extremely reassuring knowing our worldy possessions are in safe hands with these two lovely ladies!
