First time using National Storage Wiri. Had some hiccups getting in, but easily resolved by Michelle the Manager. Michelle then gave me a tour and showed me the unit. National Storage Wiri is located at 7 Ha Crescent. It’s an easy 25-minute drive south from the Auckland CBD via State Highway 1 or State Highway 20. You can’t miss the large grey building with bright orange roller doors and yellow signage.

What is the minimum storage period at National Storage Wiri?
One month. If you require storage for a shorter period, contact our staff for a tailored solution.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
No, you’re not required to pay a deposit. You’re welcome to pay a deposit upon booking if you wish, and this sum will be applied to your first month of storage.
How can I move my things into the storage unit?
We offer complimentary move-in trailers and can recommend a removalist service if required.
What does “hardstand” mean?
A “hardstand” is an outdoor space that is usually used to store vehicles and boats. It is open to the elements.
How much notice do I need to give when moving out?
You must give no less than seven (7) days’ notice of your intention to move out.
What can I put in my Wiri self-storage unit?
Just about anything! People generally use our storage units in Wiri for household items such as:

What can’t I put in my self-storage unit?

- Living things (e.g. plants and pets)
- Illegal items and items that have been obtained illegally
- Weapons.
