I was greeted by Jacq at reception, who was very polite, well-spoken, and communicated clearly with a professional attitude. Her approach made my visit calm and stress-free, and she helped me choose the right-sized storage unit for my personal belongings. Jacq also took the time to explain my entitlements and clearly walked me through the process of entering and exiting the facility when accessing my storage. The venue and storage unit are clean, tidy, and dry, which gives me great peace of mind knowing my belongings are stored safely. Overall, I had a great experience at National Storage Henderson and would highly recommend their service.

Wow awesome service Jacq was amazing and so very helpful finding us a suitable size storage!! Quick and easy sign up online and instore!!! Best get in when promotions are on!!! Easy access through secured gates. Lifts and stairs for upper levels!! Lincold rd, Henderson, Great find! Thanks Jacq!!!

Jacq was very informative and provided us with good quality products. She also had some good recommendations that made our product selections more easier. If you need boxes or if you’re moving i would definitely recommend this place, cheap and reasonable pricing too!
