Easy to access, with personal gate code in and out. We only used an outdoor yard space for a trailer but a map made it easy to locate. Staff helpful but when terminating your contract you need to request a moving out form to prevent ongoing automated payments. Would certainly use these facilities again.

We stored our household furniture with Trident Storage for 10 months during our build and were extremely satisfied. The facility felt secure and well-maintained, and Brenda and Jayne were consistently helpful. Highly recommend and would happily use them again.

We were hugely impressed with the service and facilities at Trident Self Storage. All communications regarding availability, quotes and contracts were clear and prompt. The staff were friendly and helpful, and suggested the best options for our 2 units. These units were clean and easily accessed. Security was excellent. We highly recommend this storage facility in Whangarei.
