I don’t usually leave reviews, but this one really matters. After the Basin Reserve flooding, I was overwhelmed trying to figure out what to do with what I’d managed to salvage. Walking into National Storage Newtown, I was honestly stressed and not in a great headspace — then I met Jordene. From that moment, everything changed. She was calm, kind, and genuinely compassionate. She didn’t just help me sort out storage — she helped steady me when things felt pretty chaotic. She made the whole process feel simple, human, and manageable at a time when it really wasn’t. What stood out most was how much she cared. It didn’t feel transactional at all — it felt like she actually understood what I was going through and wanted to help. I walked out feeling lighter than when I walked in, and that’s something I won’t forget. Jordene is an absolute credit to National Storage — truly grateful for her.
