Exceptional customer service! The first time I booked a storage unit at this location I was impressed with the high level of customer service. Today I re-booked with this branch and I cannot recommend them enough. Specifically Jordine (Jordeen?). I needed a unit urgently, at 8.00am on a Monday. Jordine listened, understood what I required, and made it happen as smoothly and quickly as possible. Myself and a friend had been awake for well over 24 hours during a challenging relocation, and Jordine made us a coffee/tea and offered another. A little while later, while we were unpacking, she realised that we had not eaten as we had been on the go for so long. She found me and gave us toasted sandwiches and a can of coke each. I am still blown away and so grateful for her kindness and humanity, knowing what we needed before we even realised. Thank you so much Jordine (Jordene?)! You really made our day and more! Great units and greay value too. Access is easy and it's a safe location.

The team at National Storage Ngauranga has been absolutely outstanding. I have had an ongoing issue trying to recall the combination for my storage padlock, which has resulted in more calls and requests for help than I care to admit. Yet every single interaction has been met with patience, friendliness and genuine willingness to help. Cindy in particular has gone far beyond what anyone could reasonably expect, repeatedly running back and forth to try different combination codes for me, sending photos of the lock, and somehow always managing to laugh and stay cheerful through the process. Her kindness and customer service have been exceptional. Jordine and Ella have also both been incredibly accommodating, approachable and helpful throughout. What stands out most about this branch is that nothing ever seems “too hard” for the team. They consistently go the extra mile and make customers feel genuinely supported. A huge thank you to everyone at the Ngauranga branch; your professionalism, patience and humanity have been deeply appreciated.

I went to check out a few unit options and was met by the manager Jordene and halfway through the tour our sale of our house fell through so I didn't need it. She was kind enough to send me options in email and was super helpful with pricing & boxes. Will store there if we sell. Awesome lady, clean place and easy to sign up.

Jordene and the team are absolutely lovely — always helpful, quick, and very welcoming. They answer all my questions in such a friendly and patient way, which makes the whole experience easy and stress-free. The facility is also very clean and well maintained. I really appreciate how supportive and approachable the staff are at all times. Highly recommend National Storage Ngauranga!!!
